ARNPRIOR, ON, CANADA, January 23, 2015 Anne Graham, President of Syncworks Consulting, has been named a Worldwide Branding Professional of the Year in Human Resources and Organization Development Consulting.  While inclusion in Worldwide Branding is an honor, only small selections of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction.  These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Branding membership.

With over three decades in the industry, Ms. Graham has honed an expertise in the areas of human resources, including talent management, performance management, strategic planning and change management.  As President of Syncworks Consulting, she provides consulting services to executives and HR professionals.

Ms. Graham is a results-oriented leader with more than 25 years experience in developing and actioning people solutions to implement business strategies and priorities.  She has strategic and hands-on experience in all major areas of human resources and organization development.  Professionally, she sets herself apart from her peers due to the fact that she drives for genuine and impactful solutions to the leadership and people challenges in an organization.  She also has the ability to turn strategy into action.  Her success in the industry can be attributed to her continuous learning, hard work and good luck. 

Her excellence earned her a Top Female recognition in 2014 and a VIP membership in 2013, both with Worldwide Branding.  She became involved in her profession because being an active leader in the business arena, she enjoys addressing organizational and leadership challenges as well as human relations issues within an organization.  

Ms. Graham holds an MBA in Information Technology from Athabaska University, a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from York University.  Professionally, she is affiliated with Human Resources Professional Association Charitably, Anne sits on the Board of Trustees at the Royal Ottawa Hospital Care Group and she also mentors human resources professionals. 

Ms. Graham plans to continue to drive for robust leadership creating great workplaces – and potentially  take the same lessons from business to the world of minor sports.
