She has strategic and hands-on experience in all major areas of human resources and organizational development. Professionally, she sets herself apart from her peers due to the fact that she drives for genuine and impactful solutions to the leadership and people challenges in an organization. Ms. Graham holds an MBA in Information Technology from Athabasca University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from York University. Professionally, she is affiliated with HRPA and. Charitably, sits on the Board of Trustees at the Royal Ottawa Hospital Care Group and mentors Human Resources Professionals.
