Anne Graham, At a Glance

Ms. Graham is a results-oriented leader with more than 25 years of experience in developing and executing people solutions to implement business strategies and priorities. She has strategic and hands-on experience in all major areas of human resources and organizational development. She has held senior HR/OD positions in organizations such as Glaxo Wellcome (GSK), Pfizer, Telesat, Fisher Scientific and Dy4 Systems (Curtiss Wright) and CMA Holdings (MD Management).

Ms. Graham holds an MBA in IT, which she earned from Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Education, which she earned from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish languages, which she earned from York University. She holds designations as CHRE (Certified Human Resources Executive) and Human Capital Strategist (HCS).  She is also qualified in Leadership and Personality assessments including MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) SEIP (Social & Emotional Intelligence Profile) and CCL (Centre for Creative Leadership) leadership assessment tools. She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals of Ontario and is a recipient of the Human Resources Vision Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Strategic Goals of an Organization.

To give back to her community, Ms. Graham is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Royal Ottawa Hospital Care Group and serves as a mentor to other Human Resources professionals.
